USC is headquartered in Houston, Texas and has three plant locations. |
- An evaporated salt plant in the Houston, Texas area, where solution mined brine water from an underground salt dome is produced for evaporated salt products.

- A rock salt mine in Hockley, Texas, where the salt is mined from an underground salt dome to create our rock salt products.

- A solar salt plant near Carlsbad, New Mexico, where salt is harvested off a salt lake to produce our solar salt products.
