USC plants registered with FDA

As of November 20, 2003 all United Salt Corp. plants are registered in compliance with the Bioterrorism Act.
The Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002 (the Bioterrorism Act) requires all facilities producing any type of food grade or animal feed to be registered with the FDA by December 12, 2003.
As of November 20, 2003 all United Salt Corp. plants are registered in compliance with the Bioterrorism Act.
