DATASHEET: FLAVOR HOUSE/GULF PLAIN AND IODIZED TABLE SALT
Product Description
Flavor House/Gulf Table Salt is our high purity salt used in food processing and for human consumption. USC evaporated food grade salt is a minimum 99.9% NaCl and contains virtually no insolubles.
Process
The product is made in the vacuum pan evaporating system from saturated brine. The salt is then dried and screened for even distribution.

IODIZED
Yellow Prussiate of Soda (YPS): Up to 13 ppm
Potassium Iodide: Up to 0.01%
Sodium Bicarbonate

Package
The product is produced in Houston, Texas in 24/26 ounce moisture proof, durable round cans with aluminum pour spouts and protective seals. Meets FDA and Food chemical Codex standards for food grade salt.
